The charger is working well and as intended. He even had enough extra cable to run it a bit closer to the charge port on the car. Overall, very happy with the results!

The technician, Robert Taylor, arrived on time and listened intently to my service needs. This Company Does Right by Their Customers
Good solid company. They wired up my basement, upgraded everything, put switches in and GFCIs. Also added a charger for my electric car, and an outlet for my kiln. The electrician did forget to replace a breaker, but when I brought it to their attention, they were out ASAP. This company does right by their customers. And to upgrade everything only cost $3,000 or so. They even have a payment plan, so it works out to be like $65 a month. Don't put off your service.

Potts came out to my home to give me a quote on installing a NEMA 14-50 outlet for my EV. Upon inspection, they found out that my panels needed to be replaced. I ended up getting both panels replaced, a few switches installed, and the EV outlet too. The quality was good, the guys were friendly and quick, and they handled all of the permitting for me. Great company!
