Robert Taylor came out to assist us with replacing six outdated hardwired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
From my initial contact with the office to a follow-up from Robert after our visit, every interaction has been great.
Friendly, professional and respectful of our time and property. Robert fully explained what was needed to come up to code, how often to replace the detectors, and offered additional information about some other concerns (which ended up being only a lack of knowledge and not a problem).
Our estimate was explained line by line and no pressure to accept.
The pricing was very reasonable and within the "going rate" for the work to be done.
