Jeremy was our technician and he arrived ahead of schedule, which was nice. He was great at explaining what had been done, why, and how he'd go about it. As we had questions, Jeremy was always polite and made sure to address every one of them in detail.
The charger is working well and as intended. He even had enough extra cable to run it a bit closer to the charge port on the car. Overall, very happy with the results!
