So far, our experience has been beyond belief. We had Robert Tanner do our estimate. Absolutely the most candid, sincere, honest professional we’ve spoken to. He’s the reason we are going through with this company. Immediately, he put us at ease, explained what our issues were in layman’s terms, gave us options; he was incredibly thorough and just an all-round type of guy you want to work with. Especially when you’re about to drop a chunk of change on a project, Robert sealed the deal. Every single question was answered respectfully and left me not feeling like I was silly for asking. We have a lot to do in our renovation. Robert made me feel like he really cares about our project, our home, and most importantly, our safety. This company deserves having regular, all-American working-class customers. Wouldn’t feel right putting my money anywhere else.
