Overall Wonderful Experience
Overall wonderful experience. Montell came out to see why some of my outlets were not working in the kitchen. I didn't even realize that one of my outlets had what looked like soot on it, like it burned or something. The guy explained what needed to be done. I had an appointment, so I had to schedule for them to come back the next day. They were able to send a repair guy the next day when I was available to be home. The guy jumped in and started the repair. I think his name was Adam. He explained everything to me as he fixed it. Overall, it went much faster than I expected, and the cost was very reasonable. Both guys were super nice and professional. I will definitely use Potts Electric again. Thanks!!!

Brandon did such a great job! He was incredibly thorough, took his time, and explained everything along the way, and when he was done he walked me around to show me all the work he completed. He even checked out a couple of additional outlets I had concerns about once he had loaded up his van. Would definitely recommend Brandon! The only additional feedback I would have to give is there were some issues with Potts and communication around who was actually going to be doing the work today (I was told one thing Friday and then got the text that Brandon was on his way). In the end, I’m so happy with the quality of work Brandon completed today but just wanted to provide the feedback about what had been communicated.

We Will Work With Them Again
We hired Potts Electric to fix a broken outlet at our new rental duplex. Unexpectedly, the electrician discovered a lot wrong with the building's electrical set-up in both units. The projects he was proposing were substantial, totaling nearly $20,000. But the technician took the time to explain the safety concerns and provide data and images to help me understand why the upgrades and replacements were necessary, and then he worked with me to break up the work so we could afford to do the most important fixes in a timely manner for the safety of the tenants.
On the day of the installation we had some miscommunication about when they would arrive because I, the owner, do not live on site. But everyone was apologetic and communicated well to get us back on track that day. We will work with them again for big and small projects at this building and our other properties.
