Tyler was a dream. His is extremely professional, witty, and thorough. He explained everything in detail, made recommendations that i wouldn't have thought of, and cleaned up after the job as if he hadn't been there. I wasn't able to be on site during the work but Tyler sent excellent photos for approval before he and Nick left. Customer service was also a fantastic experience. I will use Potts again for my upcoming work.

Cody and company were unbelievably responsive to our emergency situation. We called late on a Thursday with a burning smell and Cody made sure I was taken care of early Friday morning, then the whole project was completed in a day, and gave us back peace of mind and the ability to sleep again without that fowl odor! Our service experience was outstanding. We called for an outlet repair but Tyler located a bigger problem with the power line coming into the house that could have lead to a fire.
